1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to maintain a persistent 3D identity and safe chat environment:

Account Data: Email address and username (for authentication).
Chat Data: Public chat logs are stored temporarily to facilitate moderation and safety reporting.
Technical Data: Device type and operating system (via Unity Analytics) to ensure app performance.

2. The "Pray" Feature Privacy

Privacy is a core tenet of the House. Any text entered into the "Pray" tab is processed locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties. It remains yours alone.

3. Third-Party Data Processing

To provide the House of Avatars experience, we use trusted third-party services:

Unity: Powers the 3D engine and basic performance telemetry.
OpenAI / Anthropic: Processes text-based inputs directed toward NPCs to generate dialogue. We do not send your email or identity to these providers, only the chat text itself.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data only as long as your account is active. You may exercise your "Right to be Forgotten" at any time by selecting Delete Account in the app settings. This will trigger the permanent removal of your account data from our primary systems.

5. Security

We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission. While no virtual sanctuary is impenetrable, we take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of the House.
